As the New Year begins, we’re choosing a different pace.
Instead of pushing for constant productivity or dramatic resets, the Wintering Series invites our community to slow down, turn inward, and care for themselves through the quieter months.
Running across January and February, the Wintering Series brings together wellbeing sessions, gentle rituals, and small supportive touches in the Wellbeing Space, all designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and connected.
Why Wintering? The Inspiration Behind the Series

The Wintering Series is inspired by Katherine May’s book Wintering, which explores the idea that periods of rest, retreat, and quiet are not failures, but essential parts of living well.
Wintering is about recognising when it’s time to slow down, tend to ourselves, and move with the season rather than against it. Instead of pushing for constant productivity, winter invites reflection, nourishment, and care -creating space to restore energy before things begin to grow again.
This book shaped the intention behind the series and will be the next Featured Book in our Read + Return members library, inviting you to dip in, reflect, and take the ideas beyond the sessions.
Whether you join one session or many, the Wintering Series offers permission to begin the year gently, supported by community.
What’s On: Wintering Events
❄️ Breathwork with Carolina

Our winter breathwork sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and help you reconnect with your breath during the darker months. These sessions offer a grounding pause in your week, with space to soften and restore.
As part of the Wintering Series, breathwork sessions will include:
- A mix of lunchtime and evening sessions to suit different schedules
- Aromatherapy rollerballs to support relaxation and presence
- New pillows in the Wellbeing Space for extra comfort

❄️ Yoga with Charlie

These winter yoga sessions blend gentle movement with mindful strength to support flexibility, circulation, and focus during the colder months. With sessions offered at different times of day, it’s easier to build a regular practice and experience the benefits over time.
As part of the Wintering Series, yoga sessions will include:
- Morning, lunchtime, and evening classes
- Ginger juice shots to gently energise and awaken the senses
- A focus on grounding, balance, and seasonal support

Alongside our main events, you’ll notice additional wellbeing offerings appearing in the Wellbeing Space (Floor 2) throughout January and February, including:
- Daily guided stretches to support you throughout the workday
- Electrolyte and functional drinks to keep energy and focus steady
- Journals and reflection prompts for moments of pause
- A calm, welcoming space designed for rest and reset
These light-touch additions are here to support you in small, meaningful ways - whether you have five minutes or an hour.
