Strategic Growth Coaching
The Strategic Growth Coaching Programme is a 4-month programme for ambitious founders and CEOs who are ready to grow their business.
Exclusively for founders and CEOs based at Plus X Innovation Slough, the programme combines a strategy appraisal with expert mentorship to help founders overcome the challenges that will create the greatest impact for their business.
You’ll get an appraisal of your growth plans and key business challenges, with direct feedback and recommendations from our panel of experts. Selected businesses will then be paired with an experienced mentor to provide tailored guidance, practical support, and strategic insight to help you navigate obstacles and accelerate your growth. A development budget will be made available to further support progress toward your goals.

The programme will appraise the growth plans of Plus X Innovationmembers. Applicants will receive recommended actions and signposted opportunities based on their plans, from a panel of experts. A small cohort will also be selected to receive 1:1 mentoring and access to a development budget to help accelerate progress in key business areas, from August to November 2026.
Whether you’re struggling to identify the right strategic priorities, preparing to raise investment, refining your growth plan, or navigating the operational challenges that come with scaling, you’ll receive support from experts who understand the realities of building a business.
Together, you will identify the areas that will have the biggest impact on your growth and develop a clear, actionable plan to move your business forward with confidence.
The mentorship cohort will also receive access to a growth budget that can be used for opportunities such as industry events, marketing activity, and initiatives that contribute towards the business’s growth. By the end of the mentorship, each participant will have achieved a significant milestone in a high-impact area of their business strategy.
