This Sussex Chamber event will be an opportunity to hear about the key findings of the LSIP team project, hear from local employers about their inclusive employer journeys and get involved in a workshop about implementing EDI strategies within your business.
There will also be an expert panel of local support organisations, exploring how EDI contributes to business success. The panel will be led by Mo Kanjilal, Co-creator of Watch This Sp-ce, who support businesses to ‘unlock the full potential of their organisation by harnessing the power of diversity and inclusion.
