Morning Yoga + Meditation (Coworking Week Session 1)
Join us every Tuesday morning at 8AM in the Wellbeing Space on Floor 2 for Members Yoga with Charlie. Charlie's goal is to make these sessions feel second nature and help you carve out the extra time before your working day starts, to feel all the benefits of a regular yoga practice. We look forward to seeing you there!


Each class will include:
+ Flow yoga to uplifting music
+ Meditation to clear the morning mind fog
+ Yoga postures to remove tension and energise the body
+ A snippet of relaxation for a breezy but productive day at work
+ Classes will have a new theme each week
+ Suitable for everybody and everybody
