Steve Charlton, a leadership performance coach, strategic advisor and founder, who has over 25 years’ experience recruiting, developing and mentoring talent across global organisations. Steve works side-by-side with leaders at every stage, from first-time managers to senior executives, supporting them through real-world challenges such as board and investor relations, navigating complex conversations, organisational change and leading through periods of uncertainty.
We will also be joined by Samantha Harland, who works with founders to pinpoint what their business truly needs to grow — from refining purpose and culture to sharpening positioning or preparing for investment. With extensive experience leading accelerator programmes and mentoring hundreds of founders, Sam has a talent for uncovering what’s holding a business back and identifying where focus will have the greatest impact.
